➀ GENERAL INFO

ONLY ONE SUBMISSION CARD PER LOCATION!  This ensures the correct items get listed.  If you need to resubmit for ANY reason, please mark the NC with **REVISED** or something similar so we know it has been changed!

SALE RUNS FRIDAY 12a SLT- SUNDAY 11:59p SLT
CUT OFF TIME FOR SUBMISSIONS IS WEDNESDAY AT 12 NOON SLT, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  Absolutely no submissions or corrections will be accepted if received after this time, unless the error was on our side.

THE LANDING POINT FOR THE LM YOU SUBMIT MUST BE NEAR YOUR SALE ITEM(s) OR YOU MUST PROVIDE A PATH OR ARROWS TO THE ITEM.  THIS IS A SALE, NOT THE TWISTED HUNT.

Stores will be checked by a member of our staff.   If we get a report twice in a row that your items were not out or that it was set to the wrong price, you will be removed from the group.   All complaints will be verified/investigated by a staff member.

Designers know that time is money, we want to ensure that our customers are not wasting their time going to stores that just want free advertising.  If your item is not placed close to the landing point you MUST provide directions for the customer to your item...using a path or arrows in the store is a great way to do this (feel free to use what fits your store's design).

➁ SELLING

It is up to you to choose the method that works best for you and your store what method of vending you use for the weekly sale items.  Vendors and standard prim boxes let you choose the best delivery system for you and your business. Please ensure that your item is set for sale at $70L by 11:59 P.M. SLT THURSDAY night to ensure that customers can easily find it.

This is not the twisted hunt, customers are not going to spend time searching for your items! Customers expect the item(s) to be easily available, if they have to search for it they will get irritated, which reflects badly on your store and our group making it an unpleasant experience.  If your item is not out by the landing point or placed where the supplied landmark drops them, it MUST include some form of tracks to help in finding the item.

➂  SIGN/SUBSCRIBO

The 70L Weekends kiosk must be out in your store!  We recommend having this close to the items that you actually have for sale that weekend.  These kiosks are helping grow our group and therefore increasing exposure for YOU!  They also perform many tasks that help us connect with customers.

You are free to adjust the sizing, however, do not change textures, and do not modify the contents INSIDE the kiosk or it will break!!! You CAN, however, drop a FULL PERM LOGO into the kiosk to have your store listed on the directory pages.  Your logo and LM will remain in this directory so long as you have a kiosk out!

The kiosks are NOT OPTIONAL - They are MANDATORY!

④ SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

You may *NOT* use the same item you used within the past five weeks.  If it is found that you use the same items all the time you will be warned ONCE, then removed from the group if it continues.

We don't recommend pictures smaller than 512x512 SQUARE for several reasons, but the main reason... it makes seeing any details of your item practically impossible on small images! You work hard on your items, make sure customers see it... GREAT IMAGES = MORE SALES!

⌦ **IMPORTANT**: Stores that do NOT submit at least once a month (30 Day Period) will be removed from the group to open that spot for a store that may have been wait-listed. We understand life can get busy, if you are no longer interested in participating in 70L Weekends or need to have your store put on hold, we ask that you let us know.  We promise, we don't bite and are accommodating if you communicate with us.


⑤ ADULT CONTENT

We aren't opposed to them, however, they must be clearly marked.  Your submission  MUST be clearly marked that it is adult related.

⑥ WEEKLY SUBMISSIONS

DO NOT SEND SUBMISSIONS DIRECTLY TO MYSTNIGHTSHADOW OR APOLLO770 - THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO MAKE THE LIST IF YOU DO.

Successful delivery of NC and Payment being received = SUCCESS ON THE LIST!

For maximum coverage of the event, we expect that you promote 70L WEEKEND SALES via your own mailers, websites, blogs/bloggers, facebook, and any other means of advertising you use. We do our best to promote the weekly sales, but we do expect you to do the same.<---

The list will be submitted to designers to start distributing to their groups no later than 10 p.m. SLT on Thursday.
